Christmas Opening Days

Outside of normal weekend closures, we will additionally be closed for dispatch and customer services:

  • Thursday 24th December
  • Friday 25th December
  • Monday 28th December
  • Thursday 31st December
  • Friday 1st January 2021

Normal service will resume Monday 4th January 2021

Christmas Delivery Dates

For Christmas Delivery, please order before Thursday 17th December.

While our courier is operating until Christmas Eve, with the ongoing pandemic and increased workload on deliveries, we advise that any presents needed for Christmas should be ordered by 2pm on Thursday 17th of December.

We are continuing to converse with our courier and monitor this date and if it needs to be moved.

Extended Returns

For peace of mind with buying gifts we have extended our returns policy.

All items, provided they are in a resalable condition as outlined in the returns procedure, purchased between November 13th 2020 and December 31st 2020 can returned up to the 31st of January 2021

Can I track my order?

We work closely with DPD to deliver your parcel. They will provide you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email so you don’t have to wait in all day. DPD allow you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits you. If you wish to reschedule, you can.  If you have not received an SMS or email from DPD, please contact our Customer Services team here.

How much does delivery cost?

Spend over £50.00 to receive free standard delivery.

Standard Delivery £3.95 on a 2 - 4 working day service.

Which Countries do you delivery to?

We currently only deliver to mainland UK.

We are only able to ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

The postcode we cannot currently service are: Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50. Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PH42-44, ZE1-3. N.Ireland - BT. Channel islands - GY, JE. Isle of Man - IM. Scilly isles - TR21-25.

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

To reset your password, please visit My Account, select ‘Sign In’ and ‘Forgotten Password’. You will be asked to enter your email address and an email will be sent with a new temporary password. Once you have used this password to access your account you will be prompted to reset to something more memorable.

How long will delivery take?

You should expect to receive your order within 2 - 4 working days. You will receive regular updates from DPD so you will always know what status your order is at.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund the card you used to pay for your purchase and this will be done within 14 days of us receiving your item back.

My Item has developed a fault, what should I do?

In the unlikely event your purchase develops a problem Giro UK are here to help.
All Giro items come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects; if your product has developed a fault all you need to do is return it to us with your returns form and let us know the problem. Once we have it back we will take a look at the issue and if it is found to be faulty we will arrange to refund you.

Please note we can only handle warranty claims for items purchased from www.giro.co.uk. Should you have an issue with a product you have purchased from a retailer, please return the item back to them and they will handle your warranty claim.


  1. Valid only through full price purchases on Giro.co.uk.
  2. To use a promotional code you must be logged into your account on the Giro UK site.
  3. You must use the code through a valid account on the Giro UK site. 
  4. Codes can only be redeemed once against an account.
  5. Codes must be redeemed at the time of the transaction and cannot be applied to historical orders.
  6. Promotion codes are valid on in stock product only and may be restricted to a specific product or range.
  7. Returned items purchased at promotion discount are only eligible for a refund equal to the purchase price.
  8. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash.
  9. Codes are intended for use only by the recipient.
  10. Dates supplied for a code are inclusive of the dates, using GMT.
  11. Promotions can be withdrawn at any time.
