How do I change my account details?
To change any of your account details please go to My Account and sign into your account using your email address and password. Click on 'Account Details' and update your details and remember to 'Save Changes'.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
To reset your password, please visit My Account, select 'Sign In' and 'Forgotten Password'. You will be asked to enter your email address and an email will be sent with a new temporary password. Once you have used this password to access your account you will be prompted to reset to something more memorable.
Can I change my registered delivery address?
Yes – you can either do this by changing the details in the My Account area or during the checkout process.
You will be able to view the details of any order you have placed at any time. Please go to My Account and sign into your account using your email address and password. Please then select ‘View Orders’ where you can review your full order history with Giro UK.
