Unfortunately, accidents do sometimes happen. In order for a helmet to do its job and protect your head, it absorbs the impact force of the crash meaning that after the crash, the helmet will no longer be able to protect you efficiently against further impacts.
The helmet has now served its purpose and a replacement is required.
If you have purchased a Giro helmet in the UK or Ireland* and have been involved in a crash or accident, we would be happy to offer you a discounted replacement helmet.
Simply get in touch via email@example.com and a member of our dedicated customer service team will contact you and arrange the order for your replacement helmet. Please remember to include as much information as possible.
*To participate in the scheme you must have purchased your helmet within the last two years from a UK or Irish retailer and be a resident in the UK or Ireland.
